Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. Our shipping service is limited to the mainland United States, and we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We also do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO. Customers are required to provide a valid residential or commercial address to ensure successful delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing includes order verification, printing, quality checking, and packaging.
Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 2-3 business days. The total estimated delivery time is typically 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Fees
We offer a standard shipping fee of 3.99 USD per order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website when available.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We partner with reliable shipping carriers in the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package directly on the carrier’s official website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within twelve hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update your information, changes may not be possible once the order has entered processing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you efficiently, please provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging in case of damage. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, it will be treated as a return to sender.
Once the item is received back at our facility, you may choose to have it reshipped by paying an additional shipping fee, or request a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers may request to cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be changed.
