Cancellation & Modification Timeframe

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. This timeframe allows us to process your request before the order moves into production or fulfillment.

After this period, your order may already be in the printing or packaging stage and cannot be changed or canceled.

What Can Be Modified

Within the allowed timeframe, you may request changes to your order details. This includes updating the product size, selecting a different color, or correcting the shipping address.

All requests are subject to confirmation. While we will do our best to accommodate your changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has begun processing.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

For faster processing, please include your order number and use a clear subject line such as:

CANCEL ORDER #YourOrderNumber
MODIFY ORDER #YourOrderNumber

Providing complete and accurate information will help us process your request more quickly.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12 hour window, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Requests Outside the Allowed Timeframe

If your request is submitted after the 12 hour window, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order. At that point, the order may already be in production or prepared for shipment.

Because our products are made to order, once production has started, the order cannot be stopped or changed.

In such cases, we recommend waiting until the item is delivered and then referring to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance if applicable.
